Inside our custom-built 5000 square foot facility, you'll encounter the impressive 1200-gallon Vendome copper pot still, the towering 30-foot Gun Bay Vodka tower, and our original Christian Carl pot still dedicated to perfecting Seven Fathoms Rum.

The tour culminates in our tasting room, offering a delightful experience as you sample fresh batches of Seven Fathoms Rum, Gun Bay Vodka, and Governor’s Reserve Rum. Additionally, indulge in our seasonal "Distiller's Special" – an exclusive creation available only at the Cayman Spirits Company Distillery.
